Fruit Tea

Ingredients:
- Your choice of Green or Black Tea
- Your choice of flavoured Fruit syrup/powder
- Topping(s)
- Optional: Ice
- Optional: Sweetener
Home-made syrups and Sweeteners
Fruit teas are fun and forgiving. You can't really go wrong so have fun!
You choose your preference for tea-base, flavour, topping, sweetener and temperature.

1) Choose your topping(s). If you want tapioca pearls, then prepare your tapioca.
Uncooked, unsweetened tapioca pearls need to be cooked in boiling water until soft.
Drain and then mix with your choice of sweetener.
Set aside.
2) Choose your tea base: Black or Green tea. Steep with hot water and set aside.
You can be as simple or elaborate as you want with your choice of tea.
Supermarket tea bags vs a fancy blend you stole from your parents cupboard.
3) Choose your fruit flavour. Add approx. 2 tbsp of syrup or powder to a tall glass.
Tailor this amount to your own preference
Many flavours exist: Mango, Passionfruit, Strawberry, Lychee etc
4) Add your choice of toppings into the glass.
5) Choose your temperature: Hot or Cold drink. If cold, add ice cubes to fill your glass.
6) Pour in your tea. Stir. Enjoy.
Adjust the levels of flavouring to your liking.
